HOW to MEASURE
CHEST: Relax arms at the side. Measure under the arms, around the fullest part of the chest.

WAIST: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of the waist. Then, stand straight and measure around the waist at this point. Keep the tape measure a bit loose.

HIPS: Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
